Not only because it helps with stress relieve, but it also allows individuals the opportunity to build friendships with others that share similar interests. It must be one of the quickest and best cures for feelings of loneliness and social isolation.

This has many benefits, and is especially good for folks struggling with problems of social isolation and loneliness. The great thing is one would be mixing with others that share a common interest, which is one of the reasons many newcomers to this activity undergo positive lifestyle changes relatively quickly.
