You really need to be continually adding to your skill set so that you are more employable and also so you are able to retain your employment when it is all said and done. While topics and technology will change if you are adaptable and able to move with the changing trends, you will be able to keep up with competition. That is the difference between being in demand and being obsolete.
On the same note, you may not be able to change any of your answers but none of your wrong answers will negatively affect your grade.
The investment of time and money that you make in taking courses and becoming certified can start a snowball effect of success that will continue throughout your career. Research and find out what certifications are offered in your area and work to learn about any certifications that may gain you an automatic pay raise.
