We shape how our kids turn out to be. The way we treat them is the way they will treat us and others. Children are a clean slate, and it is up to us to impart knowledge in them. Characters such as kindness, mercy and even being fare can be taught while they are still young. Using wildlife elementary kid fiction goes a long way. Growing up with a pet helps too.

Due to the high numbers of killings, some animals have been completely wiped out while others are doomed to suffer the same fate. In order to raise a better generation, every parent or care giver should be sure to educate their child on the importance of conserving wildlife. You can do this by storytelling, reading fictional books or even buying movies and animation on the same.

Even as a child grows, they will always remember the stories they were told especially if they were narrated more than once. They are also a fun and interactive way of learning as they can ask the narrator various questions they may have. During the story, the child compares their life to that of the animal and learn to be truly appreciative of all they have in comparable with the story of the animals.

Stories have been used as a method of passing education from adults to children. It has been proven to be successful as people have come to learn about their origins and the civilization of their people. The same method can be used to pass on education about wildlife to children. When taught about this stories children are able to see life from the perspective of the wild animals.

Showing children, a clear difference between wild life and human life may actually go a long way in raising a more caring generation. When they are taught about what poachers do in order to gain skin and tusks for their benefit, it will bring out sympathy in them, and they will aim at protecting the animals once they are older. Endangered species such as the white rhino may stand a chance of survival.

Poachers are people who people who probably never had any pets growing up or their parents simply never liked pets. Reading fiction to them will give them a sense of caring. They will develop a sense of empathy towards all animals. To top it all, you can get them a pet to take of in order to teach them the responsibility they need to learn.

Children tend to have a wild imagination. They are able to imagine things from the stories they hear from their elders. It is little wonder if these stories one day get turned into movies or into animations. This is because story writers and film makers are inspired by these careers while they are still very young. Video games are also very informative.

As much as children will come across many books, make sure they see the importance of having wildlife around. They may learn to accept themselves, their material possessions and even their skin colors, but if they grow to be ruthless, it will all be for nothing.
