Groups are formed for a variety of reasons. In most cases, they are created to enable people to work towards achieving success. The teams can be formed in an organization, among students or when working towards a particular project. People working in a group have been known to achieve more compared to those who work individually. Researchers have associated this with self empowerment through team building.

The process of forming a team begins with members being assembled in a particular space. They start by writing down their objectives, setting goals and rules and regulations that they will use throughout the process. The rules can be simple such as the development of observing punctuality. The second stage involves the procedure of choosing leaders who will hold specific positions. The leaders are selected on a merit basis.

After setting these rules, participants will choose crew leaders who will be responsible for specific functions. For example, a secretary will keep all the records of group meetings. Supporters are then allowed to interact with learning more about themselves. These meetings take place in social environments like a squad can organize a camp to allow supporters to communicate openly.

Groups have helped people to attain specific skills and qualities. A person is assisted towards developing good communication and listening abilities through brainstorming and presentation of ideas. A person is enabled to gain courage thus putting them in a place where they can give a speech in the presence of others. They learn negotiation skills to use in handling a variety of disagreements among group members.

The groups can hire specialists to train them on particular issues. For example, when working in a business environment, a person can get training on how to save money. Through brainstorming, participants can come up with a variety of ways for dealing with specific issues. This helps assemblies to come up with new ways of solving problems. By instilling these qualities a character is enabled to grow and have assertive and creativity skills.

Each member is expected to give a presentation on how they have been able to tackle a range of issues. This helps them to gain courage of speaking to a crowd. Squads offer a safe environment where people can give their opinions in an enclosed setting without being judged. Organizations will often provide their members with opportunities. This helps them in growing their businesses or careers.

Groups provide a safe environment for members where they can get a club to rely upon, and Assemblies can give different companies with a chance to form health competitions. Individuals share their experiences with particular issues. This helps people to learn how to prepare, deal and to know that they are not the only people going through this. This gives them a positive mind and helps them understand that they can deal with these issues.

Bad characteristics such as procrastination, poor decision making and conflict management skills are dealt with through the process of offering guidance. People are assisted in predicting challenges they may face and in preparing for these situations. Groups have been known to help squads achieve their goal and at the same time help them to grow in all life dimensions.
